Editorial independence and ad disclosure
Readers should always be able to tell news from advertising. These rules apply to every sponsor, whatever the package or price.
- No purchased coverage. Advertisers and sponsors do not choose, shape, delay, soften or block any story, tracker entry or headline, and no payment promises coverage.
- No editorial control. Sponsors do not see articles or tracker updates before publication and get no early access or editing rights.
- Labeled as advertising. Paid placements on the site are marked “Sponsored”. On the LIVE desk the host says aloud that a segment is sponsored, near the placement and in plain words.
- No sponsored claims presented as news. Sponsor messages stay separate from reporting. We do not publish sponsor claims as our own findings, and we will not make factual claims we cannot support.
- Conflicts are handled openly. We may decline a sponsor whose interests would affect how readers judge our coverage. Errors are corrected under our Editorial Standards and Corrections policy.
- Ads stay off this page. This page is not an article, and it carries no third-party ad code.

Do sponsors get a say in what Peter’s World covers?
No. A sponsorship buys a labeled placement, not coverage, a favorable angle or a say in what we report. Sponsors do not see articles or tracker updates before publication and get no editing rights.
How do I know a placement is paid?
On TikTok LIVE the host says it is a sponsor message out loud. Any paid placement on petersworld.org is labeled “Sponsored” and kept visually separate from news and analysis.
What do the packages cost?
LIVE Mention starts at $100, Desk Segment at $350, War Desk Takeover at $1,000 and Week Bundle at $1,800 per week. These are starting prices for a growing independent desk. Custom packages are available, and the final price depends on scope.
Do you publish audience or traffic numbers?
